Annual Safety testing

  1. Annual Testing (Bouncy Castles & Inflatables) We're serious about your safety, folks! That's why we put our equipment through rigorous testing and inspections. Our Bouncy Castles & Inflatables have their very own MOT, a PIPA Test and/or Inspection Certificate. No, we're not talking about cloning here, but each inflatable has a unique PIPA 'TAG' attached to it. You can even check its history on the database, just like you do with your car! 🚗🏰

In short, PIPA is all about:

  • Inspecting & testing Bouncy Castles & Inflatables for bouncing or sliding ONLY. (Other inflatables like a bungee run or climbing wall for example have a different test - its called an Rpii Test, we get a fancy certificate with them too)
  • Boosting our competency in design and build knowledge.
  • Spotting and fixing any issues faster than a speeding bullet.
  • Each certificate comes with a log to track its history, like a Facebook timeline for your inflatable.
  • We're part of The Register of Play Inspectors International (RPII). Big league, huh?
  • They're open 7 days a week for verification of certificates @ www.pipa.org.uk. Just in case you wanna double-check!

Oh, did we mention that in 2019, our Director and key staff members aced the OFFICIAL RPII Operator & Attendant's Training & Exam? Safety superheroes, we are! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️

2. Risk Assessments Planning an event anywhere? It's the cool thing to do to undertake a risk assessment of your entire site. It won't eliminate risks like magic, but it'll help you spot potential hazards and manage them like a boss. Our risk assessments are compiled with guidance from the Health & Safety Executive and Local Authorities. Plus, we've thrown in some BS-EN14960 & BS-EN177 extracts, just to spice things up! Safety is our middle name, making us the go-to company for Bouncy Castle Hire, Rodeo Bull Hire, Sumo Suit Hire, and loads more across the UK! 🤩🎢

3.Insurance Documents Drum-roll, please! We're proud to hold £10 Million of Public Liability Insurance, £10 Million of Product Liability Insurance, AND £10 Million of Employers Liability Insurance. We've got your back, and then some! We even go above and beyond the legal requirement, making us a top pick for Local Authorities, Corporate Customer and Gala/Event Committees. Our insurance cover may have a seasonal expiration, but hey, we'll make sure you're protected during your event. Safety swag, on point! 🔒💼

4. PAT Tests or Electrical Equipment Test Certificate In the UK, it's the law for businesses like ours to prove that all our equipment is top-notch, conforming to the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER). Fear not, we've got you covered! 🛡️

P.S. If you're setting up far from a power supply, no worries! You can hire a generator from us, and we promise not to plug our gear into any weird looking outlets. Safety dance, here we come! 💃🕺

5. Method Statements are like our secret weapon for organising epic events, especially Gala Days! Corporate and councils love them, and we've got an awesome one accepted by local authorities. Cue the applause! 🎉👏

The A-Team

6.Staff Supervision: Want the A-team for your event? We've got it! Our Full-Time, experienced event staff are here to make your event a smashing success. Peak times? No sweat, we'll have more staff to cope with the demand, and they're all paired with an experienced member, like a buddy system for superheroes! 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️

And guess what? Fife Council demands TRAINED staff to supervise the 'Safe Play' of inflatables in their halls or parks. And we're thrilled to announce that all our team members meet the criteria, plus they're 18 or over and hold a Valid Disclosure Scotland. Safety rockstars, we say! 🤘

Event/Party Staff Member - £15 Per Person Per Hour.

Event Supervisor - £25 Per Person Per Hour.

Event Manager - £40 Per Person Per Hour.

Please Note;

  • When a requirement of more than 6 Event/Party Staff is required - We will add 1 Supervisor = 7 Staff Total.
  • When your requirements reach 12 Staff Members - We will add 2 Supervisors & 1 Event Manager = 15 Staff Total
  • Other Requirements are POA

Operations Manager - £80 Per Hour. Our Operations Manager will work along side committees and event organisers from Planning, Installation, execution plus complete project management. Your OM will be your point of contact from booking until 1 week after your event. Further to this we will take part in emergency service meetings and local council meetings.

7. Adverse Weather Ah, Scotland, land of rain and wind, but also land of fun! 🌧️💨 While we can't control the weather, we can take action to keep everyone safe. Our items are weather-sensitive, especially those bouncy inflatables. Safety is our middle name, so we'll be on top of it!

Here's the deal: If we spot severe weather on the horizon, we'll get in touch to see if you'd like to reschedule your booking. After all, it's all about flexibility! Safety first, refund later, as they say! But remember, our decision to cancel in case of danger is like a superhero's word—FINAL! Safety trumps all, folks! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️

Heads up! Inflatables can't handle winds above 24mph or wet conditions. But we've got an anemometer to check the wind speed, like a weather Jedi! And we'll share a Beaufort Scale copy, so you know we're not bluffing. Safety in numbers, right? 🌬️🌪️

And talking about electrical equipment, like our epic Mobile Disco gear, waterproofing is a must! Safety dance with disco lights, anyone? If you forget to waterproof, no refund for you. Better safe than soggy! 💦
