Q: Where's your party central located?
A: You can find us in the heart of Kirkcaldy's Mitchelston Ind. Est. 📍

Q: How do I settle the bill for all the awesomeness?
A: We've got you covered! We happily accept BACS Payments and all Major Credit & Debit Cards. Just to let you know, starting from 1st March 2019, we won't be shaking hands with Cheques anymore. If that's your only option, a £65 Processing & Administration fee will apply. You know, our bank wanted a long-distance relationship, but we weren't up for it! 😄

Q: Kids Party Package, you say? Do you bring the fun and games?
A: Absolutely! We're the ultimate Children's Entertainers, and games are our middle name! 🎉 Plus, we've got some cool prizes to make it even more epic!

Q: Can I bounce indoors with the bouncy castle? Got that Insurance thing?
A: Oh, yes, indoor bouncing is totally doable! Just measure the hall height, or we can do it for you! And don't worry, we've got your back with Public Liability Insurance. Safety first! 👍 If you're in a Fife Council hall, though, make sure you have proper supervision by a trained staff member. We can arrange one for you at an additional cost.

Q: Are your Bouncy Castles and Inflatables legit PIPA Tested?
A: You bet they are! Safety is our priority, so our inflatables have all passed the PIPA test. Some might be labeled as 'Games,' but they've still been inspected and certified by a qualified inspector.

Q: What's the secret behind your mouthwatering Chocolate Fountains?
A: It's no secret, really! We only use the finest Belgian Chocolate, and it's 100% GLUTEN FREE! 🍫 You get to choose between Milk, Dark, or White Chocolate. Mmm!

Q: What if the weather isn't playing nice on the day of our bouncy castle hire?

A: Safety is our top priority, and we take it seriously! If the wind decides to pick up and reaches 24mph, we won't be able to operate the inflatables. Safety first, always! 🌬️ We don't want any risks, so for bookings falling into the high-risk zone, we'll have to postpone the fun to another day. Better to be safe and keep everyone happy and bouncing! 🏰🌧️ but we will be in touch before hand to talk you over other options.

Q: What happens to my money? I want a refund, you let us down for my kids' party!

A: We totally understand your disappointment, but safety always comes first for everyone involved. As much as we hate to spoil the fun, sometimes Mother Nature has her own plans. 😔 Please know that all deposits are non-refundable, as we put a lot of effort into preparing for your special event and we need to pay the bills too. However, we've got your back! We'll issue you a credit note for the deposit amount, which you can use towards any future booking with us. Let's turn that frown upside down and plan an even more fantastic party for another day! 🎉💕
